Son of Antonio Asnicar 'il più anziano' and Rosa Asnicar; brother of Benedetto, Catterina (1867), Antonio (1878), Giuseppe, Maria and Primo. Married twice: 'prima moglie' and 'seconda moglie'. Father of Amelia (Emilia) Asnicar, who would in turn marry his brother Antonio.
